Becoming a good teacher is something that is very challenging, because it is not easy to do it. Teacher need some ways to arrange for example about method.
Firstly, teacher has knowledge of subject. Teacher must has knowledge. Because teacher must has more knowledge than students. Usually students have many questions to their teacher. So, teacher must keep up with the field trough regular reading and workshop. Then, teacher must be able to explain the subject for students. Absolutely teacher must has it. He/she must study first before they give some lesson to their students.
Secondly, teacher has ability to explain clearly. Teacher has taught their students. Example teacher give optimal feedback to their students. Usually students forget about the last lesson. So, teacher must creative to give feedback. For example every meeting the students memorize the lesson together and teacher give question every students. Then, teacher can be able to make students interest in their subject. If teacher just talk the lesson, usually students feel bored. So, teacher must be creative adapts textbook material and other audio, visual and the other media. The last, teacher uses principles of classroom management. In the class very crowded because teacher can not handle that class well.
Next teacher cares about the students. Usually be the idol of teacher, because of teacher cares about students. The candidate of it, usually teacher has to know the condition of class, if teacher know the condition that class always harmonies. Then, teacher should know the character of students. If there are some problem with lesson or the other, teacher can handle that problem. Next, teacher keep an eye out for out students. Teacher teaches make sure it is one finite element. And students more understand about that lessons.
A teacher to get good predicate good teacher is not easy. Many thing teacher must do it. Teacher not only teach but also gives some solve to his students. For example, teacher must have many knowledge, teacher must has ability to explain, and teacher cares about students.

Writing class during this semester make writing's students are good than before. because in writing class the students always get something new to write. For example, students learn how to make sentence, paragraph, essay well. So, writing class during this semester has many advantages to the students.
Firstly, students can improve to write. because the students know technique to write. If they want to write some article they must know the technique first. For example how to make good sentence, paragraph, essay. In this class Mr. Faiz always give some matter about that. Then, students have many vocabulary. Every students must do assignment, from that they can find new vocabulary.
Secondly, students have many knowledge. As students of university must have many knowledge. so, students look every assignment. Students must read many book to get many knowledge. If they always read many books every week they have many knowledge and they can know how to write well. Next, students can make blog. in writing class is very good, because every students must have blog to up load their assignment. More and more in this era we must know about the technology.
Next, it can make students more discipline . For example, the assignment must be collected in blog on time. the teacher always talk and ask about their assignment to up load soon. If we late to up load that assignment, our assignment can not corrected by the other students. Because every meeting the teacher always bring the assignment to correct and after that they must revise one by one. Then, the students more often visit their blog. Every meeting they always get assignment and that assignment must always up load in their blog. Automatically, their blog are always visited by them.
So, in writing class the students find many advantages. Beside their write is more better than before. They can also improve to write, students have many knowledge and it can make students more discipline.
