Becoming a good teacher is something that is very challenging, because it is not easy to do it. Teacher need some ways to arrange for example about method.
Firstly, teacher has knowledge of subject. Teacher must has knowledge. Because teacher must has more knowledge than students. Usually students have many questions to their teacher. So, teacher must keep up with the field trough regular reading and workshop. Then, teacher must be able to explain the subject for students. Absolutely teacher must has it. He/she must study first before they give some lesson to their students.
Secondly, teacher has ability to explain clearly. Teacher has taught their students. Example teacher give optimal feedback to their students. Usually students forget about the last lesson. So, teacher must creative to give feedback. For example every meeting the students memorize the lesson together and teacher give question every students. Then, teacher can be able to make students interest in their subject. If teacher just talk the lesson, usually students feel bored. So, teacher must be creative adapts textbook material and other audio, visual and the other media. The last, teacher uses principles of classroom management. In the class very crowded because teacher can not handle that class well.
Next teacher cares about the students. Usually be the idol of teacher, because of teacher cares about students. The candidate of it, usually teacher has to know the condition of class, if teacher know the condition that class always harmonies. Then, teacher should know the character of students. If there are some problem with lesson or the other, teacher can handle that problem. Next, teacher keep an eye out for out students. Teacher teaches make sure it is one finite element. And students more understand about that lessons.

If they always read many books every week they have many knowledge and they can know how to write well. Next, students can make blog. in writing class is very good, because every students must have blog to up load their assignment. More and more in this era we must know about the technology.

And of course we always protected by Allah SWT. Next we must improve our attitude. Good attitude is key success of life. Good attitude come from our own heart. Unisma is very strategist place to study university in Malang. The place is not big, and is not small. The location is beside Dinoyo traditional market, and in front of the alfamart. There are many buildings in Unisma. In front of the security office there is A building, this building for ror office center and for class to study. Beside A building there is B building, this building just for faculty office and faculty library. Behind B building there is C building. This building are for class, laboratory language, and also for meeting room. In front of C building there are garden and volly square. Next to C building there building to library center. In front of library center is D building. This building are for S2 class,D3 class, and also S1 class. Between D building and E building is building for computer class. This location is for Hot Spot area. Beside that building is E building. This building is special for Economy Department. To the left of E building are F building and under ground parking area. The east corner is SC building for auditorium. All of the building color are green, and I love so muchstudy in unisma.

Students of Unisma will get lebaran holiday this week. Before
we go home, we must continue study until 5 days before lebaran. But not all can study until that day, because many students have gone home before we get holyday.
